Former President of Sea Ray Group Joins CGI North America

BALTIMORE, MD, Feb 15, 2013 – Robert J. Parmentier, former President of Sea Ray Group joins CGI North America as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Parmentier’s previous experience includes managing the Sea Ray and Meridian Yacht brands for Brunswick. He assumed those responsibilities in 2009, having previously served as Executive Vice President of Sea Ray, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities, which at the time included Meridian, which was integrated into Sea Ray in 2008. He retained responsibility for the Meridian brand, as well as assuming P&L responsibility for Sea Ray.

Mr. Parmentier joined Sea Ray in 1982, and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities over the years at both the plant and headquarters levels for Sea Ray. Prior to his most recent assignment, Mr. Parmentier had served as Senior Vice President - Operations as well as Senior Vice President - General Manager of Sea Ray. He had also served as President of Baja Marine, which Brunswick sold.
